The UHPPOTE Electric Strike Lock 12VDC is the perfect solution for access control and fire exit door rim exit devices with push bar. This ultra-compact design features adjustable stainless steel keepers with over 2,200lbs of holding force in fail secure mode and can release electrically with up to 25 lbs of door preload. It operates on 12VDC power and provides electrical remote control, allowing the door to open without actuation of the exit device. Suitable for fire exit door with Push-rod lock, this electric Strike is designed for rim exit devices with 3/4" Pullman latchbolts and is for indoor use only. Push panic bar must be purchased separately.
