It is field-selectable for fail-safe or fail-secure operation and has a jaw strength of 2,200-lb (1000kg) and is tested to 500,000 cycles. Complete mounting hardware is included and the screw terminals make wiring easy. This electric door strike can be used to convert cylindrical lock sets into an electronic access controlled locking system.
